Summer Cocktails: Annie Get Your Rum
With patio season just around the corner, LMPR recently got together to share delicious summer cocktails from the classic to the eclectic. Every week throughout May & June we’ll feature a one of our team’s recipes!
This week’s featured summer cocktail comes courtesy of Laura Murray. A summery mixture of raspberries and blackberries topped with a healthy dose of rum and the sparkle of Prosecco. Excellent at barbeques, but not to be paired with firearms.
Fill a tall glass half full of ice, add in rum, raspberry liqueur, and top off with Prosecco or sparkling water. Garnish with fresh blackberries and raspberries and enjoy.
- 2 ounces white rum
- ½ ounce of raspberry liqueur
- 4-5 blackberries
- 4-5 raspberries
- 1-2 ounces Prosecco
- Ice cubes
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
