The producers of the North American tour of <\/span>MONTY PYTHON\u2019S SPAMALOT<\/b>, in partnership with Broadway in Victoria, announce that <\/span>single tickets go on sale May 22, 2026 at 10AM PDT.<\/b> Hot off a critically acclaimed Broadway revival in 2023,<\/span> SPAMALOT <\/b>makes its eagerly awaited Victoria premiere on August 28-30, 2026 at the Royal Theatre, 805 Broughton Street. <\/span>Tickets are available at the Royal\/McPherson Theatre box offices, online at RMTS.BC.CA or by calling 250-386-6121.<\/b><\/p>\n

Victoria audiences are invited to gallop into the theatre to enjoy a raucously entertaining \u2018knight\u2019 with <\/span>SPAMALOT<\/b>\u2013the multiple award-winning musical including three Tony Awards and a Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album. Lovingly pilfered from the classic film, <\/span>Monty Python and the Holy Grail<\/span><\/i>, and filled with its distinctly British wit and comedic brilliance, <\/span>SPAMALOT <\/b>features a book & lyrics by <\/span>Eric Idle<\/b>, and music by <\/span>John Du Prez<\/b> and <\/span>Eric Idle<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

From flying cows to killer rabbits, British royalty to French taunters, dancing girls, rubbery shrubbery, and of course, the Lady of the Lake, <\/span>SPAMALOT<\/b> features a collection of hilariously satirical songs, including \u201cAlways Look on the Bright Side of Life,\u201d \u201cThe Song That Goes Like This,\u201d \u201cBrave Sir Robin\u201d and more that have become beloved classics in the musical theatre canon.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fresh off a 2023 Broadway revival at the St. James Theatre,<\/span> MONTY PYTHON\u2019S SPAMALOT<\/b> will bring its inventive staging, design, and exceptional performances on an all-new North American tour, under the direction and choreography of <\/span>Josh Rhodes. <\/b>The cast features: <\/span>Major Attaway<\/b> as King Arthur, <\/span>Sean Bell <\/b>as Sir Robin, <\/span>Chris Collins-Pisano <\/b>as Sir Lancelot, <\/span>Ellis C. Dawson III <\/b>as Sir Bedevere, <\/span>Leo Roberts<\/b> as Sir Galahad, <\/span>Amanda Robles<\/b> as The Lady of the Lake, <\/span>Blake Segal<\/b> as Patsy, and <\/span>Steven Telsey <\/b>as The Historian\/Prince Herbert.<\/span><\/p>\n
